I'm Brandon Fields, a 30-year-old professional chef, business strategist, and creative spirit based in Michigan. My journey has been anything but linear. I began my career building a strong foundation in the business world, but my heart has always been in the kitchen. In 2023, I launched The Fields Kitchen, my own popup kitchen and private chef venture, turning a lifelong passion into a profession. I specialize in creating unforgettable culinary experiences, from intimate fine dining to large-scale catering events. As a singer and a huge fan of electronic and dance music, I thrive on rhythm and connection. I have strong ties to the LGBT+ community and have served as an event coordinator for Motor City Pride. Creating inclusive, vibrant, and welcoming spaces is at the core of everything I do.
